Falcon now offering online banking and EFT to our customers

Dear Valued Customer,

Falcon Collection & Investigations Inc. is continually striving to best serve our valued customers. At the same time, we are working hard to reduce our impact on the environment. Falcon believes we can reduce our carbon footprint, while implementing practices that are beneficial for our business.

Falcon is pleased to announce we are now able to accept and remit payments between Falcon's office and our customers electronically via online banking and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Direct Deposit. Falcon has registered with RBC, TD, BMO, CIBC, Scotia Bank and with participating Credit Unions.

This new service will reduce the possibility of fraud from lost or misdirected cheques and eliminate the uncertainties associated with the timing of payments, as you will know exactly when your funds will be transferred.

Falcon will be offering this service to both our customers and to their debtors. A debtor that has been placed in for collection by a client will now be able to pay Falcon online via their personal online banking or by using one of the many options offered by our Online Payment Solutions. This technology will allow debtors to submit a payment using any mobile device which will speed up the process of receiving payments.

For online banking, simply add Falcon Collection as a Payee in your online banking. The required account number can be found on an invoice that we have issued you in the past. If you require you're account number, additional information or support, please give us a call.

If you wish to participate in EFT, please complete the attached form. Please note all banking information is secure. Falcon will not have the ability to debit our clients accounts. The EFT can only be used to deposit funds from Falcon's bank account to our clients.
