Throughout Falcon's history we have made it our top priority to ensure that every client benefits from the best that highly skilled professionals can provide. Falcon's record of success is based on a planned system of consultation between its collectors their clients and the debtors they are assigned to serve. Falcon assures each client that a competent collections officer's will be assigned to each client's accounts. Falcon undertakes that all placements will have action taken within 12 business hours of receipt of each account placed. Such action shall consist of a thorough search for active telephone numbers and verification of residence and employment to facilitate immediate collection. All debtors will be called on a regular basis until the debtor is contacted. Common sense will be used in circumstances such as answering services/machines, third party or employer’s telephone numbers that do not relate directly to the debtors’ place of residence. Superior Customer Service Falcon's objective is to change the image of the collections industry. Using unique mediation and negotiation techniques, Falcon's commitment to excellence is further enhanced by the development of Falcon's On-line Member Services area. This offers new and existing members the opportunity to access information from Falcon's on-line database. Falcon serve's in access of 2500 hundred clients. These clients include companies from the wholesale, Retail, Construction, Agricultural, oil and gas industries, Law Firms and financial Institutions, these are just a few examples of a wider ferity. Annual Membership Agreement
Falcon's Annual Membership Agreement if requested will reduce the collection percentage to 18% on each dollar collected or settled. An annual membership fee is $368.00 plus applicable taxes. For a value added Bonus each Client will receive FREE access to Falcon's Credit Alert and On-Line Activity reports Standard Collections Agreement With Falcon's Standard Accounts Listing Agreement there is no annual membership fee. Collection percentages are negotiated on an individual basis, percentages will depend on the age and dollar amount of the accounts. On-Line Client Activity Reports Client activity reports are a important communications tool between Falcon and each client. Reports are available on-line in our Member Services Area. The client activity reports show all activity, current balance and any payments that have been received. These reports are easy to understand detailing all telephone calls, and all correspondence between Falcon's collections officers and your debtor file. |
