Collections Standard
- With Falcon's Standard Accounts Listing Agreement
there is no annual membership fee. Collection percentages
are negotiated on an individual basis, percentages
will depend on the age and dollar amount of the accounts.
Collections
Annual Membership -Falcon's Annual
Membership Agreement if requested will reduce the
collection percentage to 18% on each dollar collected
or settled. An annual membership fee is $368.00 plus
applicable taxes. For a value added Bonus each Client
will receive FREE access to Falcon's Credit Alert
and On-Line Activity reports.
Credit Reports - The Falcon Credit
Alert is a service, which allows any business to use
a personal computer to access credit information for
the purposed of assessing the credit risk of a customer.
If your business extends credit, you must look at
becoming a registered member of the Falcon Credit
Alert. Included with your paid annual membership.
BAILIFF SERVICES - You have been
awarded a judgment, unless you know where the assets
are located you may have a difficult time enforcing
it. Falcon can help you verify and recover assets.

locations department has many tools available that
enable Falcon to locate 90% of the individuals, Companies
and company directors that have been reported to this
department. Information is gathered from various sources
through the public and private sectors. Debtors are
often located by the use of our own Credit Alert.
